AEOGeoAI ("we", "us", "our") operates aeogeoai.net. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

• Brand and keyword queries — the brand names and search questions you enter when running a check
• IP address — used solely for rate limiting free tier usage (3 checks/day). Not stored permanently.
• Email address — only if you subscribe to Pro. Used to verify your subscription and grant access.
• Scan results — scores and AI excerpts from your checks, stored against your email if you are a Pro user

What we do not collect

• We do not use cookies for tracking
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not collect payment details — payments are handled entirely by PayPal
• We do not track you across other websites

How we use your data

Queries you enter are sent to third-party AI APIs (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) via Cloudflare AI Gateway to generate visibility scores. These providers have their own privacy policies. We store results in our database solely to provide your scan history as a Pro feature.

Data retention

Free tier queries are not stored against any identity. Pro scan history is retained for as long as your subscription is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and AI Gateway
• PayPal — subscription payments
• Anthropic, Google, OpenAI — AI model providers
